Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across catering units

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance issues

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

• Maintain maintenance records and reports

• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime
