  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and duty records.
  • Comply with company policies and code of conduct.
