Key Responsibilities:

• To promote indoor/outdoor plants and achieve monthly sales objectives.
• To ensure quality of plants are maintained.
• To organise visual standards at all times.
• To follow up stock replenishment of plants.
• To provide prompt and efficient customer service to our customers.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum qualifications: SC or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Good verbal communication both in French and English.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality.
