Customer Lifecycle & Engagement Specialist – FinTech

Develop, deploy, and execute CLM blueprints to drive user growth, deepen engagement, optimise basket performance, and reduce churn. Champion data-driven decision making to accelerate blink’s customer value engine.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the blink app’s content for search engines to improve visibility, organic traffic, and user acquisition.
  • Optimize the app's presence on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including keywords, descriptions, and visuals to improve discoverability and downloads.
  • Develop strategies to keep users engaged and encourage frequent transactions.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to retain and engage existing users, and acquire new users, with segmented and personalized lists.
  • CVM including user feedback and communication: collect and respond to reviews, feedback, and inquiries, and use insights to enhance user base and usage.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns and other actions using platforms such as Firebase, Adjust, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
  • Manage and respond to complaints received for blink and ensure timely resolution.
    Conduct app testing, including UAT, Beta, A/B testing, regression, and production testing.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management or related
  • Proven working experience in Customer Lifecycle Management for minimum of two (2) years.
  • Experience handling industry-standard tools will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Campaign management and customer life cycle management.

 Required Skills and Aptitudes:

  • App attribution tools such Adjust, and Firebase and campaign management tools like Webengage, Clever tap etc.,
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge of the payment app industry, including current trends, competitors, and best practices, is a plus.
