HealthActiv is presently looking for a Rider who will be responsible to ensure that goods are being delivered in a qualitative and quantitative manner.

The Incumbent will report to the Team Lead of the Warehouse and Distribution Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up products at customers’ premises when needed.
• Be responsible for cash collection and participate in inventories.
• Prepare goods for delivery and consolidation.
• Carry out the tasks such as loading and unloading prepared goods and processing returns.
• Secure items in position on the truck to prevent damage during delivery.
• Ensure compliance and conformity when picking pallets and returning goods to customers.
• Transmit to the Administrative Department the documents certifying the deliveries after having attached them.
• Assist the Warehouse team with other related duties including inventories, whenever required.
• Ensure that the service level provided is up to expectations and standards set and relay any matter impeding service level to Management.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the vehicle, respect the rules of hygiene, safety, quality and the transport regulations in force.

Job Requirements

• School Certificate or any equivalent qualifications.
• Holder of a valid driving license for motorcycle. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of the traffic laws, regulations and practices.
• Understand motorcycle functionality and maintenance.
• Great professional driving skills.
• Excellent record-record keeping skills.
• Customer service mindset.
