Chue Wing & Company Limited (ABC Foods) is a leader in FMCG distribution in Mauritius and a major Division of the ABC Group of companies. ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic Lab Technician to join our team.

Key Duties 

• Responsible to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures.
• Ensure that the production area is clean.
• Ensure that the machines are clean and well sanitize before production.
• Verification on raw materials.
• Ensure that regular check done for the area surrounding the production area.
• Handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples and conduct tests reporting findings to the Head of Department.
• Maintain safety conditions.
• Perform daily quality control checks.
• Identify, monitor, and report on quality and composition of foods.
• Optimize the taste and texture of a new or existing food product.
• Regular verification of storage areas.
• Submit reports as and when required.
• Any other cognate duties.

Qualifications
