Reports to: Floor Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper
To ensure guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented according to LSH standards, providing a comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Clean and service guest rooms daily according to established housekeeping standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
Ensure minibar items, guest supplies, and amenities are replenished.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Follow “Do Not Disturb” and guest preference procedures accurately.
Clean and maintain corridors, service areas, staircases, and back-of-house areas as required.
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the shift.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene policies where applicable.
Use housekeeping equipment and materials correctly and safely.
Complete daily assignment sheets and room status updates accurately.
Ensure housekeeping trolleys are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Comply with grooming, uniform, and attendance standards.
Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel environment is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
Good physical condition to perform cleaning duties.
Basic communication skills (English/French is an advantage).
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
