We are currently seeking dynamic individuals who are eager to take on new challenges for the position of Analyst / Senior Analyst within our Listing & Capital Markets Solutions team as from start of 2026.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing pre-IPO analysis of companies;
- Elaboration and preparation of listing application pack and listing documents for different securities exchanges.
- Assist with the drafting of Listing Particulars, preparation of Business Plan and other ancillary documents relating to IPO;
- Liaising with the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and other Regulatory Authorities;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ongoing obligations and disclosures as per the SEM Listing Rules, the DEM Rules, the Securities Act 2005 and other relevant laws and regulations;
- Assist in special projects or corporate actions of listed / unlisted companies;
- Assist the compliance officer in maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned, including ad hoc tasks and responsibilities, to support the smooth operation and success of the team.
Academic background, Skills and Experience required:
- Degree in Law and Management / LLB(Hons) or any equivalent qualifications will be an advantage;
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the financial services sector;
- Proven track record of good drafting skills and strong analytical skills;
- Good client facing skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, while having an eye for details and having a commitment to accuracy;
- Fluent in English and French; and
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
