QBL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team in administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating HR processes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, announcements, and staff events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes and provide administrative support.
  • Draft warning letters and assist with other employee relations matters, including Union and Industrial Relations documentation.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
