QBL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team in administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating HR processes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate internal HR communications, announcements, and staff events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes and provide administrative support.
- Draft warning letters and assist with other employee relations matters, including Union and Industrial Relations documentation.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
