• Eazzy: Creation of company; update changes; extract registers/ share certificate/ company profile/Extract of Invoice

Knowledge and Technical Competencies: 

• Understanding of company secretarial practices. 
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Corporate Governance or Business Studies from a recognized institution.
