  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, lead times, and delivery performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new systems and processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs, while managing risks associated with supply chain operations.
