F&B Hostess to Guide guest in the Restaurant and bar

RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be assigned the following responsibilities:

• Welcoming of Guest in Restaurant and Bar
• Taking Reservation for Restaurant
• Coordinate functions and activities with other departments and sections
• Follow up all administrative tasks and report progress
• Interacts with clients as appropriate especially during service
• Seek for Feed Back
• Handling Guest complaints
• Preparing menu cards and Wine cards
• Taking Guest orders
• preparing promotional pamphlets for upselling
• other cognate duties

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum HSC
• Experience in customer care
• Computer literate especially well acquainted with Microsoft Office

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good organisational & communication skills
• Good written and spoken skills in English & French
• A third language will be an advantage
• Dynamic & pro-active
• Ability to work odd hours and under pressure
• Ability to evolve in a team environment
• Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern region
