Your Role:

• Lead and coordinate private equity transactions, including due diligence, deal execution, and review of legal documentation
• Analyse financial statements and prepare well-structured due diligence reports
• Oversee the collection and verification of due diligence documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Draft minutes of meetings and other corporate documents
• Manage a portfolio of clients, handling their corporate and statutory administration
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the ROC, FSC, and other authorities
• Coordinate KYC/CDD, AML checks, and compliance reviews
• Identify and manage risks in line with applicable regulatory frameworks

Your Expertise and Qualifications

• Higher education e.g. Bachelors degree in business administration or finance preferred
• Additional diploma/s in ICSA, ACCA, ACA, STEP or CAIA are considered a plus
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the financial service industry (corporate administration, family offices, trusts, etc.), private equity and / or funds offshore industry
• Strong understanding of AML-CFT regulations, licensing conditions, and compliance processes preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment, pragmatic but with a high level of attention to detail
• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
