Monitor and maintain stock levels of products

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Storage & Organization: Shelve and store products following good warehousing practices and internal policies. Ensure proper adherence to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Stock Counts: Coordinate and participate in scheduled and ad hoc stock counts as required.
• Inventory Management: Maintain expiry and dormant lists to mitigate risks and ensure minimal discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Stock Integrity: Ensure physical stock matches system records and report any variances promptly.
• Stock Level Maintenance: Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid delivery disruptions while preventing overstocking.
• Shelf Management: Ensure items are stored according to shelf plans and are loaded correctly in delivery bays based on invoices, transfers, and daily routes.
• Environment & Equipment: Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure proper upkeep of store tools and equipment.

PROFILE

• Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role.
• Proficient in computer tools and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of stock management methods, including FEFO and FIFO.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license (private car) would be an advantage.
