The incumbent will have to :
Main Responsibilities –
- Perform Administrative duties, including, filing of documents, monitoring of attendance, supervising work of messenger, etc..
- Ask for quotation from Pure Car Carrier (HOEGH) and send to customers upon request.
- Input bookings of cargo in HOEGH system.
- Handle amendments in MACCS.
- Handle claims of customers as and when required
- Prepare monthly reports of booking..
- Issue Notice of Arrivals, invoices and delivery orders to customers
- Prepare Estimated Disbursement Accounts and Disbursement Accounts.
- Assist in any cognate duties of the department
What we are looking for –
• A Higher School Certificate or any acceptable qualifications by the Management.
• Experience in a similar job would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Shipping & Logistics would be an advantage.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
• Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
• Be dynamic and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
• Ready to work at odd hours and during week ends/public holidays.
