Manage a portfolio of projects from initial scoping to final invoicing
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of projects from initial scoping to final completion.
· Participate in solution design, execution, and delivery of projects to meet a client’s requirements and to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in full.
· Collaborate and work with developers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and be able to deliver and fulfil the business needs of customers.
· Manage stakeholder communication or in real terms, speak to clients, understand them, and manage their expectations.
· Follow policies and best practices to define project requirements based on customer’s needs.
· Perform root-cause-analysis for issues raised by customer during external testing.
· Understand and action on the required connectivity protocols for each project, where relevant.
Requirements:
· 2~4+ years of experience in Software Integration Analyst or other similar role.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience required
· Bachelor degree qualified in IT or IT related courses.
· Have Java and or C++ programming knowledge.
· Good written and oral communication skills in English.
· Have good planning, problem management and organisation skills are essential.
· To be able to project manage and understand solution delivery cycles.
· Good interpersonal skills with a strong personality, initiative, drive, and you’re proactive and someone who enjoys working in a team.
· A good understanding of business process would be great as well.
