Energetic Customer Service Clerk needed to support clients, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Perform all administrative tasks from the confirmation of order to delivery.
- Handle circulation and distribution of documents to and from Customer service Department.
- Monitor monthly annuity reporting.
- Do all required data entries on systems relevant to customer service section.
Support
- Forward all relevant information to accounts department regarding customer service issues and figures.
- Liaise with storekeeper on stock availability so as to avoid reordering of existing products.
- Liaise with Service Providers for delivery issues, installation, annuity (repairs, toners, Click rate, CPC).
- Organize Daily schedule of Service providers for the week.
- Prepare job sheet for Service providers with right information.
- Obtain Technical reports from Service Providers and proceed with filing.
- Submit updated sales figures on demand.
- Prepare forecasts and expected delivery dates and invoicing.
Customer Service- Give quality service to customer through interaction with customer (telephone or face to face) and error-free invoicing.
- Input right information from confirmation of order in order to deliver the right products at the right time.
- Provide customer with schedule for delivery or visit of Service Provider.
Accounting- Duties in connection with Accounts Receivable - Incoming payment and banking.
- Follow-up of debtors account.
- Duties in connection with Accounts Payable - Outgoing payment.
- Perform any other cognate duties that may be assigned by Management.
