• Coordinate and follow up with the operations and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and clear communication
• Support inventory control, including basic stock checks and updates
• Provide administrative assistance across departments when required
• Be willing to collaborate and assist all internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
