Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional front desk area
Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and clients courteously
Provide basic information to clients regarding available vehicles, models, and showroom services
Answer and direct phone calls; take and relay messages accurately
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to absorb and share basic product information confidently
Professional appearance and demeanor
