Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to join a dynamic team? Delivoo Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable professionals to fill the roles of Accounts Clerk and Administrative Assistant.Â
1. Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of merchant accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Reconcile various financial reports as well as bank statements, to verify accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Conduct regular reconciliation of digital wallets and other payment platforms to ensure all funds are accounted for and transactions are correctly posted
- Monthly Tracking of VAT Reports
- Other Daily Accounting Tasks
Qualifications:
- HSC/ACCA Level 1
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
2. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily delivery operations across multiple regions.
- Manage and schedule the delivery fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained, compliant, and efficiently utilised.
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules.
- Supervise store and warehouse activities, including inventory control, dispatching and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate between warehouse staff, drivers and customer service teams to ensure on – time, accurate deliveries.
- Track delivery performance metrics and assist in preparing operational reports.
- Manage delivery agent attendance, performance monitoring and route planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
- Identify operational challenges and propose process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the Field Manager, including documentation and data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong ability to coordinate multi-site operations.
- Excellent organisational, communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
