Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas at the hotel. This position ensures guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment during their stay.
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms. Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities. Remove trash, soiled linens, and other items from guest rooms and transport to appropriate areas. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards and report to supervisor. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services. Follow proper procedures for entering guest rooms and respect guest privacy. Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in good working condition. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Work efficiently to meet daily room quota while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
