Harel Mallac Technology Ltd is strengthening its IT, Digital, and AI service capabilities and is looking for a Software Engineer Team Leader to drive technical excellence and deliver market-leading digital solutions.
About the Role:
The incumbent will be required to support the teamto design, build, and deploy secure, scalable, and innovative solutions for clients across multiple industries. The role requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, hands-on development skills, and a clear focus on delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT, Digital, and AI projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical standards.
Architect and develop modern software solutions using best-in-class frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and technical proposals.
Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Drive innovation by integrating emerging tools, automation, and AI/ML capabilities into solutions and internal practices.
Collaborate with clients to ensure strong delivery satisfaction and long-term partnership value.
Implement engineering governance, sprint planning, documentation standards, and performance reviews.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 5–7 years of software development experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring).
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven solution design (experience is a strong plus).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to make tough decisions, prioritise effectively, and guide a team in a fast-moving environment.
