We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our team as Trainee Fund Administrators. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the global business sector while gaining practical experience in fund administration.

The Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our team as Trainee Fund Administrators. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the global business sector while gaining practical experience in fund administration.

Duties

-       Assist with day-to-day administration of client portfolios.

-       Support the setup and maintenance of funds and related entities.

-       Help prepare documentation such as notices, resolutions, and reports.

-       Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance requirements.

-       Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.

-       Provide general administrative support to the team.

-       Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

-       Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting line.

Qualifications and Skills

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

 – A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

– Quick learner who can adapt to different work environments
