Alteo Energy Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills to join its operations team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Power Plant Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the correct operation of the power plant to achieve optimal running capacity and efficiency

Lead a shift team to ensure safety and continuous power generation to the grid.

• Plan and coordinate plant maintenance and repairs in line with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.
• Liaise with specialised company services to ensure regular maintenance of the power generation plant and equipment.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts in stock for scheduled outages
• Ensure that working conditions comply with best practices in health and safety.
• Organise, supervise, and control the work of employees to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular, structured meetings at all levels to communicate work instructions and share operational information.
• Foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset among team members.
• Complete all necessary administrative and reporting tasks.
• Be available to work flexible or irregular hours as required by operational needs.

Profile & Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or an equivalent qualification (mandatory).
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Very good oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
