Role: SEO / SEM / AI Search Specialist

As an SEO/SEM/AI Search Specialist, you will shape the future of search visibility across traditional search engines and next-generation AI-powered search platforms. You will optimize our corporate website, integrate cutting-edge AI search technologies (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity), and ensure that our clients remain visible, competitive, and future-ready in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimize our corporate website
• Develop data-driven optimization strategies based on performance insights
• Integrate and optimize AI-based search technologies (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Prepare content and data for LLMs using structured data, schema, and topic clusters
• Monitor and report on visibility KPIs and translate insights into measurable business value (leads, reach, reputation)
• Track emerging AI search trends and advise internal teams on new opportunities
• Maintain, update, and optimize web content with relevant stakeholders
• Apply strong knowledge of HTML and modern web content structuring
• Develop responsive designs and implement dynamic content where needed

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Alternatively: commercial or IT education with strong SEO/SEM further training
• Solid experience in SEO/SEM: technical SEO, content SEO, and SEA campaign management
• Practical experience with AI search technologies and modern search integrations
• Strong expertise in content structuring (schema, data modeling, clusters)
• KPI-driven and analytical mindset, able to derive actionable strategies
• Proactive, hands-on approach paired with strategic thinking
• Strong combination of analytical and creative skills
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex topics clearly
• Curious, adaptable, and excited to learn in a fast-moving AI environment
