Position: German-Speaking Recruiter (a)

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a German-speakingcommitted individual who enjoys consulting and feels comfortable in the field of personnel recruitment. You will support our clients and candidates, expand your network, and actively contribute to the success of our company.

Your Responsibilities

You will independently manage an existing portfolio of clients and employees while continuously expanding your network together with the team. Your core tasks include all activities related to sourcingrecruitingselecting, and placing candidates.

You will conduct interviews with candidates, prepare precise interview reports, and proactively engage with clients. You have a strong ability to understand the needs of our clients and, together with the respective contact personsdefine the appropriate service and the ideal candidate profile.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed university degreeideally with a focus on computer science, or several years of professional experience as a recruitment consultant in the IT/informatics sector
  • Ideallyexperience in the recruitment industry – not mandatory but an advantage
  • Professional, reliable, and personable demeanor
  • Strong communication skillsresilience, organizational talent, and loyalty
  • Highly service-oriented mindset and working style
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
  • Enjoys working with people and demonstrates strong social competence
  • Proactive, assertive, and communicative personality
  • Excellent German skills (native-level or C1/C2) and good MS Office knowledge
