-NTC2 Entertainment/Sports - Entertainer as least for 4 years -Gym/Sport Monitor Certificate - Gym or sport Instructor (for as least 2 year) - Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage

• Customers & Eductour Visitors - provide services
• Musicians and Performers - Liaison for running of evening entertainment
• Auditors - Attend their requests
• External colleagues - Represents the hotel during events
• Guests - Answers queries and requests feedback
• Act as a coach
• Ensure that on the job training is conducted on a regular basis
• Keep Superior Hotel Manager informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area.
• Set the annual operating budget and ensures that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basis
• Supervise attendance of team members and ensure that there is complete coverage at all times during the shift. 
• Responsible for “mise en place” of activities as per programme
