Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Human Resources Trainee to provide support to the HR team in the day-to-day operations. This position is on a contract basis and for a minimum period of three months.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Assist with payroll activities including compilation of timesheets and leaves management.
• Assist with the input of training and development data on HRMS Sicorax.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed, such as drafting letters, filing, creation and update of employee files.
• Provide support to the HR team as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Management or equivalent (ongoing or completed).
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
