We are seeking a motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and contribute to building a strong employer brand in the financial services industry.

 

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop sourcing strategies.
    • Research and implement innovative candidate attraction methods and tools.
    • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing top talent to delivering the final offer.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.
    • Conduct screenings using reliable selection tools and methods to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
    • Build market intelligence and talent pipelines for niche and specialized roles.
    • Design and manage job advertising to attract the right candidates.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the employer brand.
    • Contribute innovative ideas and action plans for sourcing and advertising methods.
    • Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Participate in any recruitment events.

    Skills Required

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Team‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Effective time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Understanding and interest in financial markets.

     

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
    • 1 year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (in‑house or agency).
    • Experience with Workday ATS system would be an advantage.
