We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Business Central environment, strengthen our infrastructure, and ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.

• Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user issues and ensuring system stability.
• Understand, configure, and manage Business Central setups, including system parameters, user permissions, workflows, integrations, and module configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for upgrades, integrations, automations, and new module implementations.
• Manage, maintain, and monitor Business Central Windows Servers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications used across the organization.
• Support Ecommerce platform integrations with Business Central.
• Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user account management, security groups, permissions, and policy enforcement.
• Manage and maintain SD-WAN connectivity, ensuring stable and optimized network performance across all locations.
• Liaise with service providers for incident resolution, service optimisation, and continuity of IT operations.
• Configuration, and administration of Office 365 applications and services

• Review and assess Information Security policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen data security and compliance.
• Conduct periodic reviews and ensure adherence to Information Security standards and best practices.

• Work closely with the IT Manager and business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience managing and maintaining Windows Servers, especially for Business Central.
• Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and SD-WAN technologies.
• Understanding of Information Security standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
