Our client in the sales sector is seeking to recruit a Site Coordinator who will report to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Mainly assist Director and coordinate his on-site operations as per his instructions.
- Manage Program of Work according to instructions and schedule.
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects run to schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate work carried out on sites.
- Arrange for purchase and delivery of materials on sites.
- Participate in site meetings, providing appropriate feedback to Director and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients to anticipate and sort out problem issues and revert back to Director.
- Conduct regular site safety checks.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are in accordance with local legislation and are adhered to at all times.
- Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned.
Profile:
- Minimum HSC.
- At least 5 years experience in similar position.
- Strong supervisory skills with attention to details.
- Efficient planning and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful with sound judgment and decision making.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
- Proactive.
