Chef de partie 

Key Responsibilities:

• Run assigned section independently

• Ensure mise-en-place and service readiness

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards

• Support Sous Chef and assist with menu execution

• Train and guide junior staff when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role

• Strong organisation, discipline, and teamwork

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards

• Passion for culinary innovation and fresh products
