Job Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and purpose-driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that make a real impact across our organisation. You will oversee projects from concept to completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our values and goals.

Responsibility
  • Guide the planning and execution of strategic projects that support organisational priorities.
  • Establish clear objectives, outcomes, and timelines, while creating inclusive and adaptable project plans.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams feel supported, valued, and motivated.
  • Build trusting relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring transparent and respectful communication.
  • Uphold high standards and ensure projects meet internal policies and relevant regulations.
  • Identify potential challenges early and develop inclusive, solution-oriented strategies.
  • Use accessible tools and data to track milestones, budgets, and timelines, adjusting as needed.
  • Translate organisational strategy into actionable initiatives that drive long-term success.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes, embracing diverse perspectives and emerging trends.

Profile
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Recognised Project Management certification or accreditation.
  • 7–10 years’ experience leading complex projects, including digital transformation and change initiatives.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative approach with strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a professional, inclusive presence.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering solutions that center the needs of diverse users.
