Handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and maintain professional client relationships.
Track orders, check stock availability, and update delivery timelines.
Maintain neat and presentable quote sheets, update sales records, and file documents systematically.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pending quotes, and customer feedback to management.
Strong organizational and administrative skills
