We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tendering Officer to join our Electrical Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, ensuring all documentation and technical requirements are met within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and identify key requirements and deadlines
• Prepare and compile tender submissions, quotations, and proposals
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to gather necessary technical and financial information
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client specifications, and tender regulations
• Maintain records of all tenders submitted and follow up on outcomes
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tendering or estimation within the electrical or construction sector
• Proficient in electrical engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar tools). 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
