The selected candidate should report to the Head of Patient Support.
To manage the patient records in compliance with CHKS standards and clinic policies. The role includes supervising a team, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of medical records and providing support for legal requests, including court submissions and attendance when required. Task list:
· Lead and supervise the medical records team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
· Maintain and update patient records (electronic and paper-based) in line with CHKS standards and clinic policies.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - GDPR
· Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel, patients and legal authorities.
· Prepare, submit and attend court proceedings related to medical records as required.
· Support audits inspections to ensure record quality and compliance.
· Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to promote proper documentation practices.
· Train and mentor staff on medical record management, compliance, and confidentiality procedures.
