We are looking for a Digital Marketing trainee to support our Marketing and Ecommerce teams. The selected trainee will gain exposure to social media marketing, paid campaigns, and website management, while learning how different digital channels contribute to customer engagement and online sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display).
  • Help coordinate creative materials and campaign content.
  • Support in collecting campaign performance data and preparing simple reports.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Help with community management — responding to messages, comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Assist in brainstorming content ideas and spotting online trends.

Ecommerce Support

  • Help update promotional content and visuals on the Galaxy website.
  • Support product uploads, price updates, and content proofreading.
  • Report any bugs or issues affecting the user experience.

Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market or competitor research.
  • Assist in tracking social media and website analytics.
  • Present simple dashboards and key observations to the marketing team.

Requirements & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
