Azure Outsourcing Services is currently recruiting, on behalf of Deco B, a self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Technico-Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
  • Generate leads through architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Recommend suitable blind systems and automation options.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals profitably.
  • Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure product feasibility and accurate measurements.
  • Provide technical clarifications and after-sales support to clients.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, materials, and installation methods.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, CRM data, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma Sales or any equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in techno-commercial sales in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read drawings and specifications.
  • Customer-focused with good relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
