We are now seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team of professionals, contributing to continuous innovation, operational excellence, and the growth of our world-class textile operations.

What you will be doing:

• Perform mechanical and diagnostic tests on textile machinery.
• Assist the Workshop Supervisor in maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure safety and efficiency and make recommendations to the maintenance team.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain and share technical information.
• Provide technical advice, analysis, and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Implement operating procedures, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide relevant technical information.
• Install and maintain mechanical equipment, systems, and processes in line with engineering principles and production requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Working experience in the Textile Industry will be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage critical path and deadlines
• Analytical skills
• Proactive
