We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment strategy by driving efficient hiring processes and delivering a standout candidate experience.
Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Promote diversity and inclusion through fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Team Leader.
- Stay current on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
