Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Driver/Representative for its Car Hire department.

MAIN FUNCTION:

• Promote and sell Europcar services and perform on time delivery and collection of Rented Cars.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers on availability of car rental vehicles, tariffs and mode of payment.
• Perform close follow up of customers’ reservations until confirmation.
• Organize timely delivery and collection of rental cars and perform close verification of the vehicles in customers’ presence as per checklist.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Higher School Certificate
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years in customer service delivery within the same industry
• A sales/customer service related qualification will constitute a definitive advantage
• Valid driving licence is a must
