We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing information flow, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies and inventory processes.
- Maintain proper filing electronic systems (and paper-based) for easy document retrieval
- Organise meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Draft letters, memos, reports, and other official documents.
- Support management with presentations, reports, and administrative projects.
Requirements:
- Higher School Certificate.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
