As Sales Admin Support, you’ll assist the Sales Manager and Account Executives with day-to-day admin, CRM updates, reports, and client coordination. It’s a key position that keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures every client enjoys a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls, meeting schedules, and daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Build and update lead lists for advertisers and agencies.
- Organise client files and support client communications.
What We’re Looking For
- HSC or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience in admin or sales support roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and a strong team player.
- Professional communication and eagerness to learn.
- Valid Driving License.
