Seeking a motivated and skilled Gym Instructor to join our Wellness & Recreation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized fitness guidance, leading group training sessions, and ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, engaging, and rewarding workout experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in the gym, providing guidance on proper use of equipment and facilities.

• Conduct individual fitness assessments and create customized workout programs.

• Lead group fitness classes such as circuit training, stretching, or functional fitness.

• Monitor guests’ progress and ensure safe exercise techniques at all times.

• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of the fitness area and equipment.

• Promote wellness and fitness programs available at the property.

• Support overall recreation and wellness activities in line with hotel standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests’ comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Fitness, Sports Science, or Physical Education.

• Recognized certification in Personal Training or Group Exercise Instruction (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or wellness environment.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
