We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives. This role is pivotal in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and professional growth across all departments

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs aligned with brand standards and operational goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning solutions
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, onboarding sessions, and leadership development programs
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with department heads to support career progression and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in training or L&D within the hospitality industry (luxury segment preferred)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Certification in training or hospitality management is an advantage
