Archemics Ltd is a subsidiary of Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd is recruiting a SHEQ Officer/Engineer. 

Responsibilities: 

• External Audits / Inspections/Risk assessment/Process improvement - Conducts internal, customer and supplier site visits based upon business requirements to conduct risk assessments, inspections, surveys, internal audit, second party audit as needed with respect to SHEQ and sustainability
• SHEQ and Sustainability Plan - Ensure that the SHEQ and Sustainability plan is adhered to in terms of audits, risk assessment, documentation, process, training, monitoring to meet product SHEQ requirements, plant SHEQ requirements and sustainability in our focal areas, i.e: ethical trade, water and wastewater, materials and wastes, Energy and climate, gender equality, social progress and health and safety, climate and biodiversity amongst others.
• Training/System Implementation - Performing Training Needs Analysis based upon the requirements and objectives set by the Business Unit or for Customers. 
• Technical Support - Provides technical support to Laboratory Team, Sales Team, Production, Store and customers. 
• Compliance - Checks that industry specific legal requirements and applicable international and national standards are being adhered to.  
• Customer Service Excellence - Coordinating customer satisfaction measurement through complaints analysis, customer feedback analysis, customer satisfaction survey, focus group, service excellence programme etc. 
• Environmental Management System and sustainability - Coordinate the Environmental and sustainability programme with the team. 
• Product quality assurance - Ensure compliance to product regulatory and quality assurance. 
• SHEQ in Operations - Ensure compliance to SHEQ in operations. 
• Safety/Health/Environment/Quality/Sustainability and Innovation - Demonstrates commitment and involvement for a successful Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Good Manufacturing Practices and Innovation performance.
• Perform any cognate duties as required by the SHEQ Officer/Engineer and Management.
