As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers request in a proficient manner whilst providing them with good service level agreements and experience.
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from visits and emails of prospective customers or clients.
- Ensure the taking of orders, the attending and resolving of complaints for all customers.
- Attend to and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Provide product information to customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
- Accurately capture customer information.
- Create and maintain service reports.
- Handle customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Be detailed oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle confidential financial and personal information appropriately.
- Have the ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Have ability to be an all-rounder and be multitasking.
- Perform other related duties.
