We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious young professional to join our growing team as a Finance Manager.

 This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to take the next step in their finance career and gain hands-on management exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day financial operations and accounting tasks
• Prepare and review financial reports and monthly statements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Monitor expenses, revenues, and financial performance
• Support audits, compliance, and internal control procedures
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations

👤 Ideal Profile:
✅ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field / ACCA qualified
✅ 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit management
✅ Experience in an NGO or non-profit organization is a plus
✅ Strong Excel and analytical skills
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Knowledge of ERP or accounting software is an advantage
