We are seeking two passionate and skilled individuals to join our collaborative team. While this is one advertisement, we are filling two distinct positions. Role 1: The Full-Stack Developer
As our Full-Stack Developer, you will be the backbone of our projects, responsible for building and maintaining the entire technology stack. You'll handle everything from server-side logic and database interactions to ensuring a seamless connection with the frontend.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications.
Design and manage databases and server infrastructure.
Create and maintain APIs for seamless data flow between the frontend and backend.
Collaborate with the frontend developer to bring new features to life.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in the backend tech-stack: Java 21+ (Spring Boot).
Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Solid understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
Role 2: The Frontend Developer / UI/UX Designer
As our Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer, you will be the creative force behind our applications. Your primary focus will be on creating beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. You will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring our users have an exceptional experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
Develop user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience of at least 3 years in a Frontend Developer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and web markup (HTML5, CSS3).
A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, responsive designs.
