Our client is looking for a Sales Agent, based in the northern region.

 

•           Monitor and manage the leads generated from the digital marketing campaigns (website contact form, brochure download, live chat), from direct contacts and networks into qualifying leads and then in buying customers.

•           Deal with the qualified leads in the CRM to ensure that all of them are treated in a timely manner for increased conversion into sales

•           Assist the Sales Manager to develop new networks and promote lead generation and conversion in a sales plan that has been agreed upon quarterly with the Sales & Marketing.

•           Develop relationships with clients such as walk-ins, hotel clients and business partners in order to ensure property sales leads generation and professional leads follow-up for conversion to sales.

•           Though mastering of the product/project ensure that the client is provided the right information on property set-up, standard, timing and no over-promises, in order to ensure happy clients at delivery.

•           Through populated CRM and business intelligence database promote agility for marketing and product/project adjustments.

 

Qualifications and Experience

•           HSC/BAC + certificate in sales and marketing with knowledge of property sales

•           3 years’ experience in a similar job
